For our client in Sittard we are looking for a PROJECT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT (PMO employee).

What are your tasks and responsibilities?
In this role you are the spider in the web for various departments. You are commercially oriented, customer is king, whether this concerns an internal or external customer. You are a boulder in arranging things, and take responsibility. You easily make contact with customers and colleagues and are clear in your communication. You make clear schedules, you will support in making reports, you register all action points, you ensure all tasks are followed up. You organize all meetings and make sure you are a part of this. A hectic environment is as a challenge for you. Being energetic and structured, is your talent!
The PMO employee supports various departments for efficient Project Delivery Management:
  • Support the day-to-day management of projects (supporting role for project management and members and other stakeholders);
  • Managing the capacity and resource planning;
  • Ensuring progress reporting (planning, budget);
  • Registering and matching action items and risks;
  • Set up structure, management and control of project documentation within the PMO / Project library (Teams / Sharepoint);
  • Planning and organizing meetings and facilities, if necessary creating MOMs (minutes of meeting);
  • Supporting the commercial department (gathering information for quotations, maintaining contact with customer and internal stakeholders).
What are your key Qualifications and skills?
  • Minimum MBO+;
  • 3 years of work experience in comparable positions;
  • Knowledge of Office 365 (Excel, Teams, Sharepoint);
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Good in the English language (working language within the company);
  • Pre: knowledge of Project Management method "Scrum";
  • Pre: knowledge of JIRA, Power BI.
